Chris Dodd
President

Chris brings 23 years of various experience to Grace Care Consulting. Upon completion of High School, Chris spent 11 years with the United States Army serving on both Active Duty and Active Guard/Reserves. Chris’ military experience includes Paratrooper and Combat Lifesaver with the 18th Airborne Corp and Recruiter/Assistant Station Commander with the United States Army Recruiting Command. At Grace Care Consulting, Chris is responsible for promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale, oversight of operations and payroll, contract negotiation and implementation, and privacy compliance. Chris has a Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP). Chris lives in Central Pennsylvania with his wife Brandee and their 3 children.

Brandee Dodd, RN, BSN
Vice President/Director of Clinical Operations

Brandee brings 24 years of diverse nursing experience to Grace Care Consulting. Brandee started her nursing career in the clinical settings of ICU/Trauma/ER and later transitioned to case management and managed care. She is experienced in Medicare/Medicaid, contract negotiation and compliance, RFP development and implementation, URAC accreditation, Quality Assurance and has managed large field based clinical teams. At Grace Care Consulting, Brandee is responsible maintaining consistent, safe and effective practices and the management of the overall operation of the clinical team in accordance with policies, standards of practice and regulatory requirements. Brandee also is responsible for establishing processes that are outcome focused as to maintain the highest possible level of care and services for the population served. She participates in the interviewing and hiring of all clinical and non-clinical staff and oversees the training, implementation and development of all projects/positions. Brandee is a graduate of Geisinger Medical Center School of Nursing and Penn State University. Brandee lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband Chris and their 3 children.

Keri Scott
Director Of Operations

Keri has experience in diversified markets including a number of years serving as Assistant Billing Administrator for a large medical billing company. Her experience includes accounts receivable and financial reporting, staff training and workflow management, payroll, policy research and implementation, and physician credentialing. Keri also has an A.A.S. in Architectural Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology. At Grace Care Consulting, Keri is responsible for overall project coordination and staff management. She ensures smooth operation of company processes and contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. Keri lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband Donnie and their two sons.

Tasha Harris
Operations & Payroll Manager

Tasha has 13 years of experience with Inside Sales & Project Management duties working for a large company in the oil and gas industry. Her experience includes direct and indirect communications with distributors, engineering/procurement firms as well as working with suppliers, distributors on quotations and orders. At Grace Care Consulting, Tasha is responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, monthly reporting, maintaining payroll records, weekly invoicing and payroll processing. Tasha also oversees daily operation of multiple projects. Tasha lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband Jason and two daughters, Madison & Sydnee.

Apryl Bilger
Project Manager

Apryl brings 15 years of medical experience to GCC. Her background includes practice management, accounts receivable, payroll, scheduling appointments and transportation, general administrative assistant duties, as well as clinical duties as assigned. At Grace Care Consulting, Apryl oversees the daily operations of multiple projects including ensuring work is completed in an accurate and timely manner, addressing project staff questions and concerns, and monitoring the project progress. She also leads and/or participates in executing the daily tasks involved with each new or existing project. Apryl has an Associate Degree in Administrative Medical Assisting from Dubois Business College. Apryl lives in central Pennsylvania with her husband, George and their 2 children.

Alison Semple
Engagement Specialist

Alison has worked in various physician specialty offices for 24 years. Her experience includes assisting patients with setting up appointments, maintaining physician’s schedules, transcription, completing referrals, obtaining vitals, and other clinical duties as assigned. At Grace Care Consulting, Alison is responsible for telephonic outreach to identified and referred members (focused on engaging members with care management services), appointment scheduling, staff scheduling and meeting daily and monthly program productivity and engagement metrics. Alison also maintains project databases and utilizes client programs to communicate information effectively to the team. Alison has an Associate Degree in Business in Allied Health from Central Penn College. Alison has 4 children and lives in Central PA with her husband Brad.

Heather Frehn
Engagement Specialist

Heather has a number of years of customer service and secretarial experience in different business settings. Her experience includes accounts payable, payroll, scheduling appointments and transportation, recruiting and training of volunteers, and receptionist duties. At Grace Care Consulting, Heather is responsible for telephonic outreach to identified and referred members (focused on engaging members with care management services), appointment scheduling, staff scheduling and meeting daily and monthly program productivity and engagement metrics. Heather also maintains project databases and utilizes client programs to communicate information effectively to the team. Heather lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband, Cody and their daughter.

Shannon Roth, RN, CCM
Clinical Review Team

Shannon is a 1996 Graduate of Geisinger Medical Center School of Nursing and has worked in various settings over her 18 year nursing career. She has clinical experience in the areas of PACU, Telemetry, Med/Surg and Dermatology. Most recently Shannon worked as a Case Manager for a large MCO and is a Certified Case Manager. At Grace Care Consulting, Shannon is responsible for Clinical Review, Clinical support and guidance, and Case Management oversight. Shannon lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Rick and their two daughters.
